BLACKBERRY ARAPAHO Erect, thornless bush released from the University of Arkansas. Very cold hardy and well adapted North Florida. It has very good fruit quality. It is moderately vigorous. Earliest ripening thornless (ripens before Navaho), beginning approximately May-June, and fruiting extends for about four weeks. |
BLACKBERRY NAVAHO Erect, thornless cultivar from the University of Arkansas. Well adopted to tropical and subtropical climates. Fruit is very firm. Excellent, consistently rated the highest of varieties. Yields moderate to high, usually higher than Arapaho. Late ripening and a prolonged ripening period. |
