Cassia cinnamon, Chinese cinnamon. This variety of cinnamon has large leaves which are highly aromatic as much as bark that is used for commercial cinnamon. Leaves are used as tea. Cinnamon is a very popular culinary spice and is also used in candy, gum, incense, toothpaste and perfumes. The oil is used in medicine as a carminative, antiseptic and astringent and source of cinnamon extract. Cold hardy plant.

Unusual form of thornless Bougainvillea with extremely slow growth rate. It has a shape of natural bonsai, and leaves are smaller. Bright magenta flowers are born in dense clusters. 3-4 y.o plants are only as tall as 2-3 ft and look like dwarf bonsai trees. Perfect for potting culture and doesn't require much of a pruning.

Seven Year Apple. It is a well-behaved, tough shrub that can be maintained at less than 10 feet high. Creamy flowers produce a bouquet worthy of the attention of the esteemed parfumiers of Europe. Fruits develop slowly over the course of one year, not seven. The plant originates from coastal uplands. It has high salt- and drought-tolerance. A must in designs in coastal locations, it can be used with confidence in sunny, well-drained spots inland as well.

When the root is chewed with betel nut, it is said to be helpful for the treatment of coughs and asthma. The leaves are used as food (food wraps) in Vietnam.
